A little of my story....
As a coach, mum, daughter, sister, friend and former corporate professional with a career spanning over 25 years, my personal journey of self-discovery and healing uncovered the true power of my mind and harnessing that power transformed me into my true authentic self. With that power in my hands now, I live my true purpose in life as a qualified Coach helping women.

Aspire Program
If you are a woman that's hit a bump in your life journey, or seeking guidance on the new path you life has taken you on or are uncertain of the resources you need to get to where you want to be in life, this is a 2-month, 6 x 60-minute private coaching via Zoom, approximately every 10 days. It includes session notes, integration work and worksheets as well as accountability, support and follow up between sessions.
